Change of mind — unbranded items

For items that are unbranded, we may provide a refund on return of the products within 14 days, where the product packaging is unopened and the items remain in saleable condition. Postage and shipping costs for the return are yours.

Change of mind — branded items

Branded items can't be resold, so they aren't eligible for a change-of-mind refund. This is why we provide free mock-ups before production and our team checks product and print quality before anything ships — you'll always see and approve what you're getting first.

Faulty products

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality where the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.

You can make a warranty claim for material defects and workmanship within 12 months of purchase. To make a claim, email support@impressm.com.au with:

• Proof of purchase showing the purchase date
• A description of the products and the price paid
• Photos of the fault (these speed things up considerably)

Accepted claims are repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labour. The full warranty wording lives in our terms and conditions.

Damaged in transit

If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, contact the delivery provider directly to request a refund or claim on any insurance options — and email us at support@impressm.com.au outlining how the products were damaged, so we can take it up with the courier too.

Packs returned to sender

If a recipient's pack bounces back to us (wrong address, not collected), we work with you to find the correct details and re-send it. Re-sends incur an additional postage cost — see shipping & delivery for rates.
