What’s included in the packs?

Each pack is entirely customised by you, from the type of box to the gifts within. The goods available on Impressm are perfectly curated to be high quality, with sustainability in mind.

Can I include my own goods?

Absolutely. If you have pre-existing goods or would like us to source goods for you, simply select ‘supply my own goods’ and we’ll reach out to discuss it with you.

What about my remote employees?

Impressm can deliver packages across Australia and New Zealand. When you upload your recipients we’ll calculate the cost of shipping based on location.

Can you deliver to the office before new hires start?

Of course! One of the biggest reasons we created Impressm was to remove the time it takes for internal employees (HR / Marketing / Admin) to both pack and store swag kits. We’ll time your box deliveries perfectly so they arrive right on time, packed and ready to go!

What are your lead times?

Depending on the number of boxes and level of personalisation you require, we can ship boxes in as little lead time as three business days. For more custom boxes, our transparent ordering / shipment updates will keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I do employee gifting packs?

Of course! The goods inside and the messages that accompany each box are customised for each individual, meaning you can send these boxes to anyone for any reason.

Can I send these to customers?

Absolutely, swag packs are a great way to engage with customers new and old. Whether you’re sending packages to welcome customers in-store, create excitement about a new product, or just want to send some appreciation, Impressm has you covered.

Do you do bespoke packs?

All our packages are tailored for the recipient by the sender.

Can I send packs on demand?

Yes. By using our send-and-store warehouse you can keep stock on hand to facilitate immediate, on demand deliveries.

Do you warehouse my packages?

Yes. To help people meet minimum requirements we will store any unsent packages on your behalf. To explain, a lot of corporate gifting companies require minimum quantities to be ordered (ie 100 notebooks with a logo) and then find they have no where to put the spare items. Impressm are set to change all that. Even if you don't have 100 people to send a gift pack to right now, we can store the excess in our own warehouse, and send the rest later on demand.

I can’t meet minimum requirements, what can I do?

You can use our warehouse facility to store any packages you don’t need yet! There’s always a need for a swag pack, maybe just not yet!

Can you connect to my HR system?

It's coming! For now you can simply upload the recipients individually or for larger batch orders we accept .csv files.

Can you send to a list of people?

Yes. Simply upload a .csv file in the file format when you build a back. After ‘review’ we will then get the contact details of all the people you want to send them to when we email you for the final order review and confirmation.

Do you do Christmas / holiday packages?

Yes. As all our packages are custom made so we can send holiday packs for any occasion!

Can you tailor the message in the packs?

Yes. Each pack has its own custom message written by you. Each pack includes an A5 cardstock which we can put your logo on to accompany the message.

What if my pack needs to be returned?

All packs come with a return to sender address on them.

Can I call you instead?

Yes! Simply visit the contact us page on our site.

Do you store externally supplied goods?

Yes. Many companies use us to get stock out of the corner of the office! We’re happy to warehouse your stock, then when the time is right create custom swag packs and distribute them accordingly.

How long can I store my goods with you?

As long as you keep sending, we’re happy to store your goods with us.
