Dates assume artwork is approved by the deadline and delivery is to metro Australia. Regional addresses and home deliveries need a few extra days.

Christmas ordering FAQs
For most decorated merch and gift packs, order by Friday 4 December 2026 with artwork approved to be safe for pre-Christmas delivery in metro Australia. Fully custom products need to be locked in by mid October, and large embroidery or screen-print runs by late November.
